Director Kannan to marry Kannan, the brilliant Kollywood director who directed Jayam Kondaan, is getting married to Madhana (of Chennai) on January 23rd at Green Park Hotel, Vadapalani. Speaking about his marriage, Kannan said 'This marriage has been arranged by my parents and I am absolutely happy about it.' This erstwhile student of Mani Ratnam will soon direct Raja Rani, the remake of Hindi blockbuster Jab We Met, a fun movie about how a vivacious girl running away from her home to meet her boyfriend teaches a young despondent man valuable lessons about life. The second half comes with a twist and the film has a happy ending. This love story is packed with so much energy and feel-good factors that it requires the director to be overly enthusiastic! The bliss of marriage is sure to charge up an already successful Kannan and set the perfect mood to make this love story. We are sure he will repeat the magic of Jab We Met in Tamil too.
