Venkat Prabhu introduced the director, while Nadia released the audio. The audio was released by all the young heroes. Linguswamy, the producer of Pattalam, said that these young new heroes will do as well as the heroes of Boys. Bharath said that Rajini had introduced them in Boys, and he was proud to introduce these new heroes today. Prasanna said that when Five Star was released, Mani Ratnam introduced him and the new cast. One of the songs in the film has been written by Nellai Bharathi, a writer with the magazine Vanathirai.
